We are proudly committed to working exclusively on European funding programs. Unlike the majority of innovation consulting firms, which primarily focus on regional and national subsidies or research tax credits, our approach is different and unique.
In many consulting firms, the proportion of European projects supported remains low, and these projects are often outsourced to external consultants, which can undermine the overall coherence of the projects. However, mastering European funding programs, which are constantly evolving, requires continuous investment in time, training, and skills updates—an effort that few consulting firms can truly sustain.
For us, this specialization is a deliberate choice. We are fully dedicated to European funding programs such as the Innovation Fund, Horizon Europe, Eurostars-Eureka, European Innovation Council (EIC), LIFE programme, European Institute of Innovation & Technology (EIT), and many others. Furthermore, the European Commission enforces a strict policy: no project under evaluation or audit can be assigned to an expert from the same country as the project in question. European evaluation rules are based on several fundamental principles:
- Independence and impartiality of experts: Evaluators must declare any potential conflict of interest before accepting to evaluate a project.
- Process transparency: Every step of the evaluation is documented, and decisions are justified based on predefined criteria.
Harmonized evaluation criteria: Projects are scored according to common criteria at the European level, such as scientific excellence, expected impact, and quality of implementation. - Confidentiality: Information related to project proposals and evaluations is strictly confidential.
- These rules ensure a fair, objective, and transparent evaluation process, offering project applicants the best chances of success based solely on the merit of their proposals.
